Preview: Brisbane vs St Kilda
St Kilda and Brisbane both from from their byes last week to battle it out at the Gabba, both teams have not had the best start to the season each with out a win on the board going into round 5.
This is unsurprising for Brisbane, who have an extensive injury list – however the Saints aren’t looking very good at all, getting flogged by the Dons and having a draw with Richmond, if they want to begin salvaging their season they need to win this won, and win it by a fair margin.
Josh Drummond, Matt Maguire, Bart McCulloch and Xavier Clarke (knee) are all still out for the Lions, skipper Jonathan Brown will not take part for another six weeks and Brent Staker another 12 weeks. Callum Bartlett and Jamie Charman are listed as indefinite absentees.
Justin Koschitzke should return for this match, in which will be his first game for 2011 – The Saints desperately need him to fire so they can begin to rebuild their season.
